Appointment Procedures

• Please wait in your car and we will text you when it’s your turn to enter the salon.
• You will need to wear a mask in the salon.
• We will have you fill out a short symptom check questionnaire and take your temperature.
• No extra guests are permitted in the salon.
• Please only bring in items you will need.
• Sorry, refreshments will not be offered.
• Employee presenting symptoms will stay home from work for 14 days. We request that any customer who is feeling unwell to please reschedule your visit with your stylist.

Customer & Stylist Health and Safety

• All stylists are required to wear a CDC-recommended face mask for their entire shift. We also have face shields to wear when a customer mask needs to be removed for service. We kindly ask that you also wear a well-fitting face mask during your visit.
• Stylists will frequently wash their hands, and hand sanitizer will be available for your use.
• Stylist stations and chairs are wiped down and sanitized between all services.
• Each customer will receive a clean cape before any services begin.

Salon Environment

• Our salon will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized state and federal mandates.
• Door handles will be wiped down frequently.
• Shared space surfaces will be wiped down frequently.
• The common area will be free of magazines and frequently-handled items.
• While we encourage using contactless payment whenever possible.  Our credit card terminals will be wiped and sanitized frequently.
• To comply with health guidelines, we have removed cash tip jars.  Please remember to tip your stylist!
