Cancellation Policy

To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Please call or text to notify us of any changes to your appointment. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. Please understand that this policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and avoid inconveniencing others.
